We have visited a construction site near SRISTI office. They were using cement made bricks whose weight was more than the previous one. Most of the workers were from Rajasthan. Both men and women were the workers. Children of age 16-18 yrs. were also working. There were the women whose children were playing. They were using MORTAR and Bricks to construct the wall and building. Men were preparing MORTAR and transferring from one position to another. They were transferring the steel bars from the ground to top using the lifting machine.
