This was the first day after the team formation. The day began with a mind mapping session from Prof. Shashank Mehta, NID Ahmedabad.

 

The team engaged in mapping the stakeholders (the people being affected by the problem/solution indirectly or directly) of the problem.

Next, the problem was studied critically to find the different stages involved in the process of food preparation of chula from the extraction of firewood from the environment to the serving of the food to the user.
