We made a presentation of all the observations that we had made through the course of our field trip. After making the presentation, Sagar Sir led us through the process of making a mind map for our problem statements. We then sat down and made a mind map of our problem statement too.
After that Anil sir came, and looked through our mind map. He pointed out that we had missed out on some uses of banana waste. He told us about Banana alkali, which is made from the ash after burning the leaves of the banana plant. It has many medicinal uses. It is a product that can be made without much processing from the banana waste.
